1. No lift. Generally all a bit tired and could do with some investment in paint, new carpets and generally bringing up to current day standards. No car park which was a bit of a surprise. Enjoyed our stay. Location is fabulous, lovely riverside walks and right in centre of town.

2. I only stayed one night in this fairly old hotel but the view over the square outside the hotel was lovely. The concierge who greeted me when I arrived was very friendly & helpful, but this is just an average hotel.
