1. The toilet was dirty but rest of bathroom clean. 2 lights not working in room was reported but never repaired ,TV very bad reception. The service was good in dinning room and breakfast good.

2. Clean & comfortable with very helpful staff. Some fittings may be a bit worn, but this is a small issue & doesn't detract from the overall enjoyment of my stay at this establishment.
