1. This is a budget hotel not suitable for families. The noise is what you would expect in a city centre hotel, but certainly not excessive - I stayed in a front room. I have stayed in noisier hotels in Italy that have cost a lot more Euros. Breakfast was not worth attending, there are a couple of decent restaurants nearby. But it is better to walk for 10-15 mins to find somewhere away from the termini area. The room was cleaned everyday and clean towels were provided. The staffs were friendly enough, but did not really see much of them as was out all day. This hotel is fine as a base for sight-seeing, cheap, cheerful and basic. Expect nothing more and you will not be disappointed.

2. The worst hotel i have ever lived in. I dont understand how a site like [website] can even recommend it. There was no heating in the rooms and the bathroom and the room were extremely small. The hotel was absolutely shady and the breakfast was just dry bread and coffee. i would never recommend this hotel even to people I hate....
